Ani Agnihotri is the co-founder, President, and CEO of IIIrd Millennium, Inc. The company was established in the year 2001 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Previously, Ani was Vice President and National Sales Manager of SoftPros, Inc. for six years. SoftPros is a software solution provider based in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in offshore business development. He was the top sales manager for three consecutive years, 1999-2001, and was responsible for bringing 11 banner customers to the company. Ani’s earlier experience was as Marketing and Business Development Manager with Classic Computer Systems for two years.
Ani has served a number of civic, cultural, and professional organizations in India and in the U.S. Positions in the U.S. have included founding President of Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the India American Cultural Association. Ani is also on the boards of a couple of academic institutions.
Ani has an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Agricultural Sciences. He is also a Certified Inter-cultural and Cross-cultural Trainer. He is an active sportsman and has played table-tennis at the national level in India and the U.S.

Vir Nanda is a co-founder and a director of IIIrd Millennium, Inc. He has been with the company since its inception in November 2001. Prior to this, Nanda had co-founded InterCept Systems, Inc., in 1986, and had served as its Executive Vice President (Technology) and as a Director until its merger with The InterCept Group in 1998. The InterCept Group had its public offering on June 10, 1998 (NASDAQ: ICPT). He retired from The InterCept Group as its Senior Vice President (Technology) in 2000. Nanda is a member of the Board of Directors of several private companies. Over the last thirty years, he has served as President, Chairman, and member of the Executive committee for a number of civic, cultural, and professional organizations. He has received several awards for his achievements and outstanding service to the community. In April 2003 he successfully completed the Leadership Atlanta curriculum. In 2001, the Governor of Georgia, the Honorable Roy Barnes, had appointed Nanda as a member of the very first Georgia Commission on Asian American Affairs. During the Olympic Games held in Atlanta in 1996, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) selected Nanda to be their "Envoy" for the delegation from the National Olympic Committee of India. Nanda has earned an M.S degree in Physics from Delhi University before coming to the US as a student in 1966. He also has an M.S degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. |

Narayan Subramanian is a Vice President of IIIrd Millennium, Inc. He is a seasoned professional with an industry focus backed by technical, business, and people skills. Narayan's consulting career in IT spanned 15 years for several international clients. In 1998, he co-founded an IT staffing company and developed it for a few years. His urge to do something bigger led him to partner with his colleagues and in 2003 came on board with IIIrd Millennium to help build a company with a larger vision. Narayan has been active in various civic, cultural, and professional organizations and has held key positions of responsibility. He has a Bachelors in Engineering (IIT, India) and a Masters in Business Management (XLRI, India). |
